PFA-lined ball valves are commonly used in applications involving corrosive media to protect the valve body and seat from corrosion.

PFA lining for valve body and seat: The interior of the valve body and seat of a PFA-lined ball valve is coated with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) material, which is a high-performance polymer with excellent corrosion resistance. PFA material is resistant to various corrosive media, including acids, alkalis, solvents, and more.

Corrosion resistance: Due to the use of PFA lining, PFA-lined ball valves exhibit outstanding corrosion resistance and can operate reliably in corrosive media over an extended period. They are commonly used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, electronics, etc., for piping and equipment handling corrosive media.

Fluid control: PFA-lined ball valves offer the advantages of ball valves, allowing control of fluid flow and shut-off by rotating the ball. The smooth surface of the ball, in close contact with the seat, provides excellent sealing performance and fluid control characteristics.
